The Annual General Meeting was held on May 3, 2023 and the Board has a new Trustee, as longserving Trustee Lew Penney has retired.  Cowichan Bay Waterworks welcomes Julia Balabanowicz to the Board and would like to thank Lew for his years of dedicated service to the residents and community of Cowichan Bay.  We will miss your measured and thoughtful approach Lew.
