Update as of April 30, 2026:

To ensure there is no confusion following recent regional water use restrictions issued by the CVRD, please note that the Cowichan Bay Waterworks District (CBWD) remains under Stage 3 water restrictions. While other areas may be transitioning to different stages, CBWD requirements have not changed. We appreciate your continued cooperation in meeting water conservation standards for our community.
